Find your scent

Three short questions, the way our perfumers ask in the boutique, then one suggestion we're confident in.

1 / 3
When will you wear it most?

From the tree to the bottle

We rush nothing. Between a piece of wild agarwood and the bottle you receive are years of patience and four stages we handle ourselves.

  1. Choosing the wood

We buy oud straight from the forests of Cambodia, Assam and Borneo, and test every lot with water and fire before it enters the atelier. Whatever floats is never distilled.

  2. Distilling and ageing

The wood soaks for weeks before a slow distillation, then the oil rests in copper for years until its sharpness fades and its honey comes through.

  3. Kneading the bakhoor

In our Jeddah atelier, maamoul is kneaded by hand from oud shavings, sandalwood and oils, then left forty days before it's cut.

  4. Filling and sealing

Every bottle is filled by hand and marked with its batch number, then the box is closed with the house wax seal.

One store, one stock

Behind this store, Odoo runs both boutiques and the website together. Here's how an order travels:

  1. Your order becomes a sale order

At payment, a sale order is created in Odoo and confirmed automatically, with no re-typing.

  2. Stock is held at a boutique

Units are reserved in Jeddah or Riyadh, so counts change on the site and at the tills at once.

  3. The invoice reaches FATOORA

A simplified tax invoice with QR is posted and reported to ZATCA, and the mada, Tabby or Tamara payment is matched.

  4. Delivery and customer, one record

A delivery order goes to the courier, and the boutique sees your full history when you visit.

Try it: place a demo order from the bag, then open “What just happened in Odoo”.

The house letter, four times a year

We write when the Taif rose harvest arrives, when a new oud batch is ready, and before Ramadan and Eid. No daily offers.
